Prior to LendCon Novak spent 10 years working as a Project Manager with a tier 2 builder successfully managing multiple commercial and industrial project ranging from $100k up to 45m.

Previous to that Novak worked with various companies as a Construction Manager where he successfully managed contractors on high-end award-winning residential projects.

Novak has extensive project management experience and is highly proficient in managing trades, subcontractors and liaising with clients, consultants, authorities and architects.

Novak has a Commercial Building and Construction Licence and Certificate IV in carpentry and joinery, cabinetmaking and WHS.


David has over 20 years of experience in operations, store planning and construction for a leading big-box retailer. As National Upgrades Manager for Bunnings Property and Construction team, David was responsible for the network expansion of 100 + projects per year. David built and led a team of Project Managers across Australia and New Zealand, while establishing strong relationships with a number of construction companies.

Previous to this David was the National Planning Manager for Bunnings, where he led a team of 16 architects and draftspersons.

David, a strong leader of people with a passion for customer service and stakeholder management, with extensive onsite safety and compliance experience delivering projects in live environments.


Cade has over 15 years of construction experience working with both tier 1 and tier 2 construction companies in senior management health, safety and environment roles.

Prior to that he spent 5 years as Regional Director with the federal work, health & safety regulator.

Cade’s qualifications include a Master of Business (MBA) from Curtin University and Bachelor of Education from the University of Ballarat. Cade has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in WHS and Advanced Diploma in Public Safety.
