OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & SAFETY
- The health and safety of people is our first priority. Caring for our people and the communities we work in is fundamentally important to us and there is no project or deadline that justifies risking lives or injury.
- Our goal of Zero Harm is to achieve zero work-related injuries. To help achieve this we see safety as a core value and we are absolutely committed to developing a workplace culture where working safely is just part of the way we work.
- We believe that any workplace injury is preventable. This starts with ensuring our workers understand our expectations for safety and that they are trained and competent. While we see systems and processes as fundamentally important, we complement this with a focus on behavioural based safety as a way of helping improve hazard awareness and personal responsibility for safety.
